Dromoland or Killarny Falcon Hike?

Can you help us decide between taking a one hour hike and lesson with Falcons at Dromoland Castle where we will be staying after a wedding or Killarney where we will be visiting the day before. I'm wondering if Killarney would be more authentic since it appears to be in the wild while the Falconry hike at Dromoland is on the Castle grounds. Thank you
Killarney Falconry | Welcome to Killarney Falconry, Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland where you can fly a hawk around the spectacular grounds of Killarney National Park as an individual or group or for a private walk with a hawk.
