<i>"I just read Foodsnob's post about her body and Diesel jeans. I was AFRAID!"</i>
What would life be without the presence of hyper-critical gay men, stand-up comedian wannabees all?
Of course, you were AFRAID, John, you're gay. I expect many gay men are afraid of women in one way or another. I hear it can come with the genes.
As I'm sure you know, John, C. Crawford, at age 38, is still wearing jeans and she's had two kids and looks great. I've had no children and my body is tighter and leaner than hers because my work-out is more rigorous. I don't look muscular but I have very little body fat and my skin is smooth as silk. The picture isn't as scary as you might think and too bad I can't provide one here. (Fodors could work on that option...now, I'm AFRAID.)

Use imagination...
...And on that blonde bombshell
Meet Sonia, the new love of Alan Partridge's life. Yes, you did read that right, the sweater-loving TV presenter has finally got someone to go out with him. This is the first picture of the Eastern European who will bring joy - and possibly pain - into his life during the next series on the spoof chat show host.
A BBC insider said last night: "Sonia is a crazy lady. As you would expect any girlfriend of Alan's would be. She's got startling blonde, backcombed hair, a strong accent and weird fashion sense. And it's safe to say she's totally mad about him."
It's been five years since BBC viewers have seen Partridge on screen. The last show ended with hime distraught as his career plans crumbled around him. As he prepared to sign a new five-year TV deal the boss of BBC1 slumped over and died on the spot. So what has the Norwich-based star been up to since then?
Well, Alan himself brought us up to date. He said:
"Let me give you a compact precis. Left the BBC, bad blood, started production company that went into liquidation (voluntarily). I was clinically fed up to two years, didn't work, boo hoo hoo. People bounce back. Rolf Harris, Dennis Hopper, there are others. I'm one of them. I now have the third best slot on Radio Norwich, I do a military-based quiz show for cable TV called Skirmish and I've got a girlfriend. I think you'll want to hear all about that."
So, Partridge - played by Steve Coogan - has managed to get back in TV and found love with Sonia, actress Amelia Bullmore.
In the new show this autumn, he's moved out of his motel and bought a house, alhough he's living in a caravan while his new home in decorated.
Things are looking up, Alan. But, knowing you, for how long?

That is because unlike you, Zaina, I have a job. It must be nice to be on the dole and sit around all day playing on your neighbour's computer whilst waiting for your cheque from the government. Do us all a favour and place that bottle of gin back in the cupboard, sweetie, and put down that bag of crisps.
