Does BA have a new terminal at LHR? Terminal 5?

And is there a Tube station in that Terminal? If not, is it a pain to get to the Tube Station after clearing customs?

Well, it's a year old.

And yes it's got a tube station.

Thank you very much...I was looking at LHR maps from a google search and the ones I looked at didn't show a terminal 5.

Heathrow has a very informative and helpful website. This is the link to the page that gives transportation info to and from LHR, including terminal 5: http://tinyurl.com/7647db

Just beware that NOT ALL BA flights depart from/arrive at T5. BA has been moving some flights to T3, so be sure to check BA's website to confirm which terminal you will be arriving or departing BEFORE you head to the airport.

Thanks yk, we will do online check-in 24 hours in advance. We did arrive at T5...and it was very simple to take the Picadilly line straight to the So. Ken tube station. Glad we did that.

T5 has pretty good tube and rail connections to Central London. Some of the walks can be long, but that would be true of any terminal the size of T5. All in all, I found T5 to be an excellent terminal, now that the kinks are worked out.

BTW, I think these are the BA flights currently operating from other terminals:

T3 - Barcelona, Helsinki, Lisbon, Madrid, Málaga, Vienna
T4 - Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi, Singapore, Sydney
