Disneyland Paris
Hi.
This is my first time on this forum and I have a couple of questions regarding Disneyland Paris. My 11 year old daughter and I will be in Paris later in August and I have promised her that we will make a very brief visit to Disney. I'm thinking of visiting later in the day/evening. Questions: 1) does Disney still offer the reduced price late entry ticket (after 6 pm, I believe) and, if so, what is the cost? 2) is it safe for a mom and her daughter to ride the RER train alone back into Paris after 11pm? 3) when does the last train leave? Thanks for your help.

I haven't been there but they have a web site that should answer your basic fee questions. www.disneylandparis.com
As for the RER, I think that would be safe given you would enter at the Disneyland stop (with a lot of others, probably), and then get out at a presumably safe stop in Paris near your hotel. That might depend on where you plan to get out after 11 pm, though, maybe you should ask. I would not want to get off the RER/metro at some stations around midnight, and then having to walk to a hotel from there. I might suggest you leave a little earlier than that. The last train leaves Marne-la-Vallee for Paris at 12:20 am.

The best site is not the DP site but the unofficial site at http://www.dlp-guidebook.de/ I ised this to plan our 4 day trip and couldn't be happier., Answered every question I had.
As for the trains, I think you will be fine from what I have heard.

The least of your worries should involve a ride on the RER. If you want info about the RER schedules go to www.ratp.fr and click on the English version (upper right)..you can find RER schedules, first and last train, etc.

"have found that this forum is not especially disney-friendly.
Jiminy Cricket, not Disney friendly! What kind of Mickey Mouse comment is that? You must be Goofy. What are you, from Pluto or something?
I wouldn't Tinker with this post, but it just rang my Bell. Dewey say things anti Disney on some posts, well yes. Anytime there is a Minnie Mall around, you can bet a Disneyland property is nearby. Oh well, just like Donald, I never try to Duck the important issues or Pooh Pooh someone's idea of fun.
Obviously, I saw too much Disney stuff as a kid.

Yes Disney offers the evening tickets. They are 25 euros and are valid from 6pm to 11pm. The price is the same for adults and children. Saturday and Sunday are not included in the promotion. If you go on sat or sunday it will be full price 39 euros for you and 29 for your daughter. They have a new night parade, Fantillusion, that just started this year so dont miss that. The night promotion ends August 29th.
You should be fine in the RER as you will probably be with many others leaving disney, but as another poster mentioned it depends on where you will have to go once you get off the metro in Paris.
