Dinner get-together in Paris?

I am going to be in Paris between March 12 and March 23. Wondering if any of our Parisian posters or visitors are interested in getting together for dinner one evening while I'm there.

Hi Nikki,

We will be there at that time......still sorting out when and where after arrival, but, if at all possible, would love to join you.

Hi Nikki,
I'm not a frequent poster here but I like to crash a party...

I live at the edge of Paris.

I think food and wine are guaranteed.

Let's pick a place and see if there is a date that works for most of us.

Suggestions for places are welcome. I'll give it a thought also.

So far, I could be available any evening between March 12 and March 23 except the 16, 17, 18, and 22. I'd like to pick a date now though because it is time to firm up tickets and things.

Traviata, I will be in the Batignolles.

I would like to pick a date in the next couple of days so I can work around it with other plans.

I am free 21,22, or 23. I will be staying near the Bastille but that won't matter and I can go wherever the group decides we want to dine. I have Reed, Bistrot Du Henri, l'Ange 20 and Le Soufflé on my personal
to do list for this trip. But really anywhere is good and I love to try new places.

Since I am not free the 22, can we agree on the 21 or 23? When is everyone available?

21 is perfect for me - I'm most tuesdays in Paris.
Once we agree I can do the reservation - I speak French fairly well. Since I was born actually.

21 is okay to me (unless anything comes up).

I can go with any restaurant, as long as they have good food. Good wine is a bonus, but a proverb in my country say: Good accompany is a must, good wine is optional (it's actually a folk poem which says much more sophisticated things than that, but I can't translate it.)

As for my definition of good food, I don't even know what it is, so don't pay attention to me

Looks like everybody who has responded so far that they'll be around is available the 21. Shall we settle on that date and if anyone sees this in the meantime who is available on the 21 they can join in?

So far it looks like there are 6 people?

Nikki, FuryFluffy, WoinParis, rosiecaro, and Traviata (assuming your husband is joining us, Traviata).
