We stayed at a new B&B last May called Towerview. It has a great location at the edge of town. Our room was very large and lovely. Mary is a wonderful hostess. Would highly recommend it.You can get more information at:<BR>www.dingle-peninsula.ie/bbaccomm.html

We just returned last Friday from Ireland...loved the country. Greenmount B&B in Dingle was truly wonderful....and also on the northern side of the Dingle Peninsula the Shores country house was gorgeous, overlooking Tralee Bay...but really not close to much. Both had super hosts....well...every place we stayed in Ireland had wonderful hosts!!!

Another vote for Milltown House. Our room was wonderful and our hosts couldn't have been nicer. I regret that we didn't have dinner there though. Anne is a gourmet chef and our breakfasts were spectacular! Her husband, Mark, is the server, and he kept us entertained with his wonderful Irish wit. Their daughter, Tara, is also a delight. The view from the breakfast room overlooks Dingle Bay - it was heavenly!

Ditto the Mt. Eagle Lodge in Ventry. Lovely view of Ventry Bay from your room. If you like horses and would like to gallop along the beach, ask the owner about a nearby stable (I forgot the name), nice people, wonderful sturdy little horses, pretty trail.

Jo-Ann, You can find Milltown House at indigo.ie/~milltown/. Also, to find b&b's go to www.townandcountry.ie. We used this site for all our rooms. Another is dingle-peninsula.ie. We held our rooms with a credit card, but several wanted cash when we left. This is not a problem because there are atm's everywhere.
