Dingle, Ireland B&B

We are 2 adults looking for a B&B in Dingle, Ireland, the end of June. We will not have a car but don't mind a 5-or-10-minute walk from the center of town (though a taxi might be nice when we are towing our luggage). We don't want to be in the center of town w/lots of pub noise, and we are not interested in 5-star hotel luxury. Important: cleanliness, friendliness of staff, good breakfast. A great view would be a bonus. Cost: somewhere in the 80-120 euro range for 2 people.

Does anyone know if House of 4 Angels still exists? It got great reviews on Trip Advisor.

Thanks!

We stayed here while in Dingle for 3 nights. Request a room in advance that faces the water. The breakfast is great and plentiful! The location is also away from the pubs and the endless crowds of tourists, which you really can't get away from when you're downtown.

It's within 5 minutes or so, walking distance from downtown, depending on where you want to be downtown, it's actually quite small, but on foot it can feel much larger.

Just a suggestion, http://www.heatonsdingle.com/.

We stayed at Heaton's Guesthouse in Dingle in March, it is a 10 minute walk into town past the aquarium. It was lovely, very clean and the breakfast was very well done with a traditional irish breakfast with many fresh homemade breads. We had a corner room that overlooked the bay and it had a private balcony. Would definitely stay here again. It is a good starting point for the Dingle Bay Peninsula drive. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable.

Tried to get Heatons, but it was booked. They recommended their son's Castlewood next door. Sounds like the same quality service.

Thanks!

Castlewood and Dingle were the highlight of my recent trip. Brian and Helen are great hosts, you will not be disappointed.

The Lighthouse B&B is up on the hill above town - great views - and about a 10 minute walk to town. Good breakfast and Mary and Denis were genial hosts.

Check out Greenmount House. Everything about this place is wonderful. The breakfasts, view and location are perfect. It was simply the best place we stayed in over our two week trip to Ireland a few weeks ago.

I just checked out Heaton's. This is to be our final visit to Ireland. It has been 5 yrs since we were there..(we are now in our 70's) traveling to Ireland Aug.20-27. I checked the rate..almost choked..Did I calculate correctly??...65 Eur EACH person one night?? (double rm)That would be $198.00 a night...whew...I guess I should have checked before picking August to travel..any other suggestions out there?? We are traveling by train & bus..
