Dijon's Les Halles covered market
The Michelin Guide for Dijon indicates the market is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, and Saturday (I assume morning also).
But several websites say that Tuesday and Friday are the biggest market days, with the Thursday market being "only inside" the Halles (so no fruit and vegetable merchants this day??), and no indication of a Saturday market.
Which is correct? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Stu for emailing me.
I just asked my sister in law who works there on Tuesdays and Saturdays and she confirmed that there are only butchers working on Thursdays. I'm surprised since there are many other displays in the covered hall on the other days (vegetable and fruit, cheese, pastries, specialities...)It seems that those butchers don't have a proper shop so they open one more day in the week.
Saturday is still huge and ends later in the afternoon.
There is a Marché Plus (small supermarket) at the back of the hall where you can find everything you need(also on Sunday morning) and also a Monoprix in rue Piron.
I have made a video with Ira and goddestogo.

and another one around the market

Enjoy, and Stu, bonnes vacances en France

Oh, the helpfulness of internet pals! Thanks, Stu, for emailing Coco. Very kind of you! (I was so hoping she'd know the answer.)
And thank you, Coco, for taking the time to make a call to your sister. Very much appreciated and so helpful!
Last summer we spent a couple nights in Dijon but missed the market. So this September, on our drive to Grindelwald from Paris, we'll be stopping by again for a few days. Oh, the Tombs of the Dukes - wow!
Again, thank you Stu and Coco (and Coco's sister!) for helping.
