Hi MoniqueS -
We stayed at the Herberg de Emauspoort in Delft, which is located directly behind the Nieuwe Kerk, right off of Markt Square. It's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. There is a bus that runs from the station to just around the corner to the hotel. You can use the Nationale Strippen Kaart for the bus fare.
The hotel has an on-site bakery, which was great for afternoon (or anytime) snacks. They also had bikes that you can rent for free, although they were not the most comfortable to ride, but fun none-the-less.

I'm pretty sure the train station in Delft has luggage lockers. If you go to www.ns.nl and click on English at the top, then put in a train planner search that includes Delft. When the Journey Advice comes up, click on Delft and it will take you to a web page with info about the train station. Unfortunately, it is written in Dutch, but if you click on bagage you can kind of make out the rates for the lockers.
Hope this helps with your planning. Peace, Robyn

I have stayed at Hotel De Kok many times. It is less than a block away from the train station. 2 persons 86 Euros
Very nice buffet breakfast-clean rooms and a super staff. Depending on your date of travel, the hotel is closing somtimes at the end of this year when their new hotel is finished. hoteldekok.nl

We've booked Best Western Museumhotels Delft for 79.50€ per night, including full breakfast. We booked on a website, which I can't remember, but it wasn't directly with the hotel or Best Western. Then I confirmed directly with the hotel.
