I know many would advise against visiting Rome the last week of August but my husband, brother and his girlfriend are staying 4 nights in Rome and 6 nights in the Almafi Coast. Great Hotel! We have stayed there the past two summers and just love it. We are booked there again this August. By the way, the breakfast is incredable, sit in the garden and just enjoy the early morning as Roma gets ready for the day. There are wonderful restaurants all around the hotel, and Cafe Canova has great coffee, pastries and gelato right on Piazza de Popolo, just a few steps from the De Russie!
