daytrip from paros to mykonos?

We are here in Naxos, leaving for Paros tomorrow. They have a "day cruise" for 35 euro to go to Mykonos for the day. Do people think it would be worth it? This is our first trip to the islands, we have been to Santorini and Naxos. We had avoided going to Mykonos as we were not as interested in the party scene or expense.

Any other ideas for daytrips other than the obvious Antiparos?

thanks so much

It depends on how much time you have on Paros; you need time to see this pretty island and to enjoy its relaxed lifestyle. Mykonos Town is very nice, pretty harbor and windmills. From Mykonos you can take a short boat ride to Delos too.

The Alexander does day trips from Naoussa to Mykonos AND Delos. I don't think it would be worth it just for Mykonos, but Delos is a must see, IMO.

Gaspard,

I remember all of the windmills but by location only. I don't remember the names of them. I'll see my daughter tomorrow and ask her. Are you Mykonian? I"ll always love Mykonos.

ChrisCal, Thanks for letting us post here. I know you are having a wonderful trip in that beautiful country.

My Best, Joan

Thanks,guys.
I'll just play it by ear. I don't think I'll have internet the next place. Lovely weather, in the 70's. Swam yesterday at Agia Anna. Gorgeous.
