Goes w/o saying, Carol on almost any topic you can name. All we can do here is to share our own experiences as an illustration of what did happen in one certain situation to one certain person.

And, kerouac, I am an "equal opportunity" jet lag sufferer, in that I get it in both directions. It is a bit different east to west but also seems to be longer lasting.
