cuenca and albarracin

Hi all,
I am travelling to Spain this july and plan on doing a trip to cuenca and albarracin. I cant find any information on the net regarding travel options from cuenca to albarracin other than car rental, which is too expensive for me.does anybody know if there are any local buses that follow thaf route or any cheaper options for me to take? I find it so hard to believe that the cities are 2 hours away with no local transport connection.

There is no direct bus service between Cuenca and Albarracin. You will have to take the bus (Los Amarillos S.L - Grupo SAMAR) from Cuenca to Teruel. Two buses a day. In Teruel, there is a bus company called NAVARRO that runs up to Albarracin on Monday to Friday at 2:10 pm. The trip takes 45 minutes.

NAVARRO
Teléfono: 978 602 680
Taquillas: Sin taquilla. Venta en autobús, 15 minutos ántes de la salida.

Perfect, thanks... DO these buses have online booking? I found samar's website but when I tried to book online, it said route not available. If not, how do I buy these tickets? Will they be available at the bus stands?

It can be confusing because there are 13 different companies involved in Grupo SAMAR. The correct Samar website for the Cuenca to Teruel bus is:

http://samar.es/horarios/autobuses/C...Teruel/152/129
