Cross stitch/embroidery shops in Paris?

Hi,
I have no idea about cross stitch shops in Paris, but I thought I'd say hello, as I am also a devotee of cross stitch. I think I spent about 4 hours today on my latest project, a copy of a Renoir painting of a woman playing a piano. When I was still teaching, I used to hide my projects from myself so that I wouldn't be distracted from grading papers. Cross stitch is so addictive!
My experience in Europe--or Germany, at least-- is that places that sell floss are very rare. When a store does sell floss, there's usually not a good selection. I did find a store in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany, once when I was foolish enough not to be absolutely sure I had all the colors I needed before I left the States.

I'm not sure if this is quite what you are looking for, but there is a chain of stores in France called Loisirs et Création that sell all kinds of arts and crafts materials, beads, embroidery silks, etc. There is a branch at the Carrousel du Louvre shopping centre, which is located on Rue de Rivoli more or less underneath the Pyramide du Louvre. www.loisirsetcreation.com
