Country Hotels

Have 4 or 5 nights to visit in the Gatwick - Brighton - Dover area. Recommendations re small quaint hotels, Guest houses etc would be appreciated. Also attractions.

What kind of attractions are you interested in? There are any number of major historical spots, including the Pavillion in Brighton itself.

LGW / Brighton / Dover covers a pretty large area. There are literally hundreds of places to stay. What is your budget?

Also what are you interested In - castles and gardens are thicker on the ground in Kent/East Sussex than almost anywhere else in the country.

Perhaps you could try somewhere around Lewes or Alfriston. There's lots of quaint places in the area.

I've enjoyed a good meal at this place and it's been there since 1397:

Are you planning on driving from Gatwick to Brighton and on to Dover? Are you looking for things along this route or are you doing individual trips, Gatwick to Brighton and Gatwick to Dover?
