country and cities best visit in may and june for 2 months in europe

I have won 2 passes on 15days for 2months from eurail.
On my first trip to europe for a month,I bought myself 21days consecutive pass (no choice but to take the train almost everyday) and I had visited the following:

List of cities visited:
1) London (3nights)
2) York
3) Manchester
4) Bath(1 night)
5) Stockholm (1 night)
6) Gothenburg(2 nights)
7) Copenhagen (1 night)
8) Fulda(2 night)
9) Amsterdam (2 nights)
10) Rotterdam
11) Brussels *short stop and hop on the train to paris
12) Paris (1 night)
13) Barcelona (1 night)
14) Nice (1 night)
15) Monte Carlo
16) Geneva
17) Zurich (1 night)
18) Salzburg
19) Vienna (1 night)
20) Munich
21) Rome (1 night)
22) Florence *short stop
23) Venice *took the cruise to corfu, greece
24) Corfu (2 nights)
25) Patras (3 nights)
26) Athens (1 night)
27) Dubai(stopover for 2 nights) * flew back to malaysia via emirates

During this trip, I just got myself an overlook of europe.not visited all the cities or country yet but it was a thing I wanted to do backpacking alone around europe before i start working.so i made it all by myself.
This time, from the ticket from eurail, I wanted to go back to some cities I have been through but spend too short time there. My boyfriend would like to go to spain, switzerland and portugal. He will fly in and out from germany. I can fly in anywhere and I think of from Italy(assume that i can't put in greece)
i would wish either begining or end of the trip i travel alone and at a point i can meet him to travel together(at the countries he wished to travel).

Priority countries for both of us :
switzerland-zurich,Laussane and montreaux,bern,basel,lucerne,jungfrau
spain-madrid and barcelona
portugal-lisbon,porto,sintra

myself:
germany-berlin,dresden,hamburg,cologne,
austria-vienna
France-Marseille and lyon et Monaco
italy-venice,pisa-florence,milan,rome,nepals,pompeii,
czech-prague
hungary-budapest
additional if possible to put in croatia and greece.or can add any short trips in between to holland, luxembourg and belgium.

I need help to find the best route for all these cities and countries. I know it can be too much in 2 months and I wish someone can put in all the countries and cities mentioned above. If you have any suggustion that I should drop any country and city just to make my route easier, I will consider it too. thanks!

Hi YU,

It will be interesting to see if you survive this expedition.

Please write if you get home safely.

sorry,

I misread your post. You did survive.

I urge you to reconsider Switzerland. It is very expensive and not the best time of year.

I suggest flying into Rome - 3 weeks in Italy - train to Salzburg and visit Bavaria and Austria for 1 weeks - train to Munich and work your way by car up the Romantic Road - 1 week - drop the car near the French Border and train to Strasbourg. Pick up another car and visit Alsace - 1 week, drive through Provence - 1 week - to Paris for your final week.

Just because you were in Paris for 1 night doesn't mean that you have visited there.

Enjoy your visit.
