4 days until Bhutan and Thailand. Very exciting!
I'm not even counting yet for the trip to Greece in May, but am thrilled to have a chance to go back.
Rhardy, I've never been on tours before last year and went on the Tauck Egypt & Jordan tour with a few days extra and the beginning and end ... it was fantastic.
Happy travels all!

Next out of country trip is Rome, March 2009.
Next in the states trip is California for Christmas, followed by a business-related trip to Pensacola, Florida, in January.
We just returned from two weeks in Europe, dollar was pretty good then. Who knows what it will be in March?
I've been to Europe 7 times since 2004, twice with DH, 5 times with long-time friends.
I've been to Venice, but never to Rome, so I'm really looking forward to that.
I also want to visit Anzio, where my dad came through in the WWII invasion.
Plane fare and hotels are paid for, so I'm in pretty good shape there. And I pretty much wear the same things on all my trips, if they work well they go again. If not, they stay in the closet for regular wear. Packing is really easy now that I've narrowed and narrowed down the list and what I think I'll need. The only thing that keeps growing is camera equipment!
I'm just hoping the economy comes back. I've waited all my life to be able to travel, which I do not recommend at all, so I hope I can continue.

1-1/2 months before we are sitting front row center at the Kennedy Center on New Year's Eve for "The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber" in Washington DC. Then, I will be counting the days until we leave for Denmark, Germany and France in May.

Ireland- 5 days on the west coast and 5 in Dublin in 32 days!
I have only packing left, and I am stuffing stockings for my teens as we'll be away for Christmas.
This is my 2nd trip to Ireland.
I am most looking forward to seeing nature as we did not get out of Dublin much during our last trip. There was too much to do right in the city! This time I want to experience life outside the city.

I leave in three days for my fifth solo trip to Paris over my Thanksgiving break! I am so excited this year, I could bust! In the past, I've always stayed at B&Bs, and while wonderfully charming and enjoyable, this time, I really wanted to be able to eat in, and enjoy all the wonderful foods from the outdoor markets. So....I've rented a little apartment, and am planning a party for one every night that I'm there!!
