Could you tell me about this Budapest address

I posted a question about Helios Hotel and Pension but didn't get any replies at all. Could someone let me know, if this is a centrally located hotel? I think I'm going to go ahead and book if the location isn't too far out from the city center.
Budapest, 1121. (XII. district)
Lidérc utca 5/a
HUNGARY
Thanks!

mappy.com does not cover hungary, from what I can see.

Budapest 12, as the high number would suggest, is not a central district, although on its eastern edge it touches on the Castle district.

Budapest is not huge; buses and subway are efficient. (Subway connections on the Buda side are minimal, however)

My own preference is Pest but other posters here prefer Buda, which is hilly, therefore often sylvan and park-like.

Just found it on a hotels website with maps: It IS far out -- on the edge of the city in fact.

http://www.bookings.net.

I do have a map of where it is and I was suspicious that it was a bit further than what I was looking for because of the great rate and they said that it takes 10 mins by car to the city center. Thank you Tedgale for double checking it for me.
