Depends on how "nice" and the wine you choose. From our recent trip, I would say for two people in one of the major cities:
-- A delicious tapas meal with lots of dishes and plenty of house Fino: ~ 20-40 euros.
-- A well-prepared, 3 course meal with a well-selected bottle of wine: ~ 60-80 euro.
-- A pretty elegant, but not over-the top 3 course meal with a better bottle of wine: 100-120 euro.
You can find some really good local meals for much less in smaller towns and villages. (You can also find plenty of bad food, too, so do your research by location.)

Wine will be the least expensive part of your meal. When we have lunch at Atrio's in Caseres, listed as one of the ten best restaurants in Europe, the matre'd selected an excellent 7 euro bottle of regional wine to go with our dinner.
You can spend more, but why? Restaurants in Spain, especially those that are highly regarded, only serve good wine.
