Hi everyone (lincasanova are you there?)! I'll be in Valencia on Sunday April 22 and was hoping to attend a bullfight. Will the season have started? Are they still held on Sundays? I'm having trouble finding info on the web - I'm too early, schedules aren't posted yet, I think. I'd also like to attend one in Madrid on April 15, and in Almeria on April 20. I have no idea whether this is realistic. Please help!

In Valencia the bullfights are in March (Fallas Festival) and in July (July Festival). I believe there are no more bullfights there...

what about in Madrid?

Feria de San Isidro starts early May and runs for one a day during 30 days.
Then more or less every weekend until
early Oct, Madrid and surroundings has several bull rings so there are different ferias going on during spring and summer. They have a tendency not to overlap.

Once the season starts there is something going either in Madrid or surroundings, this will include one hour drive around.
