Cooking class in Athens, Santorini, or Chania?

Has anyone taken a cooking class in athens, santorini, or chania (or nearby)? I'm interested in a cool group experience, and I also eat mostly vegetarian so that could be a consideration. Thanks!

I loved the food on Crete. I didn't do this cooking tour but did a couple of the other Diktynna tours and was impressed with my guides:

I also recommend Diktynna. I do some contract tour guide work for a woman's company and we use Diktynna for local help on Crete, one thing being a cooking class. Wonderful local guides and service!
