Construction at Amsterdam Centraal Station
We'll be in Amsterdam Nov. 18-27.
I've read there is major construction going on around the Centraal Station in Amsterdam. We have several day trips planned that require catching Connexxion buses by the Station.
My family members are not able to walk for long periods of time, so I would like to find out exactly where the bus stops are and avoid wandering around lost.
Specifically I am looking for Bus 91. Also, are the Connexxion buses red or green?
Thanks.

The main entrance to the station is now open again, and the bus stops are generally a short walk from the entrance.
Connexxion buses are green.
In the case of the 91 it is here: http://www.connexxion.nl/halte/57003...091&richting=1, so not directly in front of the station.
If you are going to Zaanse Schans I suggest you reserve a wheelchair online with them - it is a lot of walking there.

Line 91 seems to run from its usual platform.

Click on "kaart" and google maps show you exactly where it stops.
The connexxion buses usually are sea-green/blue-ish with a yellow roof: http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bestand:Connexxion8261.JPG

If you want to go to Zaanse Schans, it's much easier to take the train in Amsterdam Centraal. It's only four stops to Koog-Zaandijk, and the total ride is 17 min. whereas the bus takes much, much longer! In Koog-Zaandijk take a taxi to Zaanse Schans (it's just one street and cross the bridge), less than 5 min. by taxi.
