Comparing Climate in Italy in July to North America

Last year I was in Verona for the opera and later in Rome. Was it humid? YES! I'll be there again next month and I expect to be in an air conditioned hotel just as I was last year.

I live in South Florida so I think I have some idea of what "humidity" actually is.
