I just booked a last minute cruise leaving out of Rome on Wednesday. I checked the weather and it says thundershowers. Is it humid this time of year? Haven't been to Italy this time of year before.

Also, stopping in Palermo, Sicily and Naples any rec's for restaurants or not to miss?? Thanks! busy packing - nervous and excited

If there are thunderstorms then the humidity will be near between 90-100%!

Any website that shows you the current weather forecast will also show the humidity.

Laurie....we've used this and similar services...you can extend up to 10 days (15 on some)..quite accurate in my experience, but certainly not 100% perfect

In rome right now. It is very warm and there was some thunder with rain yesterday, but it didn't last long.

Less humid and stifling than last week thank God, but now there's a biblical deluge going on and i have to wait for a bus in it.....and i'm wearing flip flops because i'm an idiot. Pray that I'm not sick after this!

In Florence right now and crazy, crazy thunderstorms today (at least crazy to me!). Hail and all.

Otherwise, it's been absolutely beautiful - I've been putting on a light sweater at night, but shorts and t-shirts during the day.
