DK the agency, but Ile St Louis is, IMHO, the BEST location in Paris. Small island, connects to Ile de la Cite, where Notre Dame is. One main street, several smaller ones, quais run around the edges. Bethune faces the Left Bank. Good restuarants, lots of little shops, grocery stores, great bakery, cheese, wine shops AND Bertillon, most famous & wonderful ice cream store in Paris. Tour boats circle the islands until late at night. If you're on a low floor and have your windows open, you will hear the tour guide more than you might want.Very safe area--lots of tourists during the day, much more tranquil at night. Apts tend to be a lot more expensive on Ile St Louis than in most other neighborhoods--I've been trying to find one for my next trip that's less than $3000 a week!

dupher, assuming it is the Bethune listing at Beau Paris, a couple of comments:
- It is a great location.
- It's on the ground floor. While vehicle traffic isn't really heavy there, you will have cars and pedestrians passing by the window behind the couch.
- I don't find the decor very warm or inviting. It looks like it has been furnished plainly and solely for rental.
- I like the idea of having an office, but if you intend to use the fold-out sofa in that room, you'll have to move the desk chair and perhaps even the desk to do so.
Personally, I'd keep looking ...
