Cinque Terre - Hotel location help needed
Looking for input from CT experts. Family of 3 (14 yr old daughter) planning a visit to CT for 2 nights the last week of March. Weather is iffy, I know, but we have to see it and get our fill of seafood! Because of budget I am looking at these hotels in various locations in/near CT. My research tells me Camogli is not touristy (good), close to CT trails, and cute harbor village. Other CT locations seem to have their own individual charm as well. Recommendations/feedback needed!
1) Camogli - Hotel Augusta triple room: 78 euro
2) Camogli - Hotel Casmona triple: 140 euro
3)Camogli - Ca'Andrean triple: 100 euro
4) Riomaggiore - Affittacamere Edi rooms triple: 100 Euro
5) Camogli - La Camogliese triple: 110 euro
6) Vernazza - "VernazzaRooms" triple: 100 euro
7) MONTEROSSO AL MARE- ACQUAMARINA triple: 120 euro
8) Levanto?
Thank you to anyone who has a minute to reply!

Bellafaire, my wife and two daughters (16 and 14) spend three nights at the Hotel Marina in July. We hiked and visited the five CT towns, we enjoyed them all but agreed that Monterosso was a good fit for us since the town was a bit larger and offered more restaurants, shops and amenities than the others. We were pleased with our choice of staying in Monterosso. The Hotel Marina was a good value. We had one room double bed and bunk beds. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was simple but good and the location in the old town of Monterosso is nicer than the new area by the train station. Rooms are small we had a double bed and a bunk bed, however, that is standard in the CT. We were only in our room to sleep. If we had to plan our trip over...we wouldn't make a change to our stay in Monterosso. Hope this helps.

Perhaps the above confusion regarding Camogli arises from the fact that Camogli is next to the Portofino peninsula which is criss-crossed with trails. While both Portofino and the C.T. are in Liguria di Levante, they are some distance apart.

We stayed at the Marina Piccola in Manarola in October. Loved it so much that we rescheduled our trip plans so that we could spent more time there than we'd initially planned. It's NOT fancy, but the location is to die for, and it's clean, cozy, has a nice breakfast. We hiked the trail and visited & enjoyed all the towns, but we definitely preferred Manarola. Everybody has a different favorite of the 5 towns, though!

We stayed in Vernazza last March and had a fabulous time. I had picked Vernazza based on a previous visit and my husband later said that he would have been disappointed if we had stayed anywhere else. I know Vernazza can be too touristy in high season but in March it was great. We had a wonderful room overlooking the harbor.
