cheapest one way munich-paris train or flight

I was planning to spend a week in Paris but a friend called me for Christmas to Würzburg. How can I go to Paris from Munich, Frankfurt, Nurmber or preferably from Wurzburg, I mean the cheapest way?
My reservation is tomorrow morning so I am in hurry. Ce

my sister is studying in paris and her boyfriend in munich, so I know they've looked for the cheapest way quite intensively and they're taking the train to visit each other...

I don't know your age, but an adult ticket for a day train seem to be around 100€ one way. Not exactly cheap. It takes about 8,5 hours. A normal youth ticket should be about 80€ and I saw a night train for 50€. All on www.sncf.fr
