cheaper hotels in Paris
I'm travelling solo on a limited budget to France in April next year. I'm looking for a hotel in Paris for 100 euro or less, with basic requirements of cleanliness, own shower/toilet, and walking distance to the metro rail system. If anyone has had any good experiences with a hotel under 100 euro, could you please advise.
Thanks in advance

I have several recent threads on a similar subject. You could click my name in this post, and you might find the input I got helpful. Especially traveling solo, you should have no problem at all meeting your requirements and getting a decent place.

Single at Hotel du Lys is 95 euro, I believe. It is a great little hotel, 2 min. walk from either St. Michel or Odeon metros. Breakfast is included in price. www.hoteldulys.com

I have stayed at the Grand Hotel Jeanne arc (in the 4th)http://tinyurl.com/yjjjs2 and the Hotel Victoria Chatelet in the 1st http://hovicha.com. Both fit your requirements and I would return to either one without hesitation.

We will be staying at the International Hotel in mid January, price 52 euro a night for double room, own bathroom. Sounds too good to be true I know, but no doubt it will be a little more expensive in April, but most likely not too much. Check it out, I found it on venere and seems to have quite good reviews too.
