Champagne Tour From Reims

Searching for a champagne tour from Reims for a day and can't decide which one to take....a private one or semi private or half day or full day.
Have taken a private one in the past but they are quite pricey.
Does anyone have suggestions on any good semi private ones that might include doing Sabrage perhaps!! It seems like an exciting way to open a bottle of bubbly.

We did it on our own driving from Reims thru the Champagne country and loved it. we stopped where we wanted and we were not on any time frame. Did you want a tour because you didn't want to drive?

Yes we arriving from Paris by train to Reims for 3 days and do not want to drive especially when tasting the French bubbly. Did Veuve Cliquot on our own last time which was great.
Might just do that again.
