Car Parking at Glasgow Airport
Help please.
I am looking for cheap but secure car parking at Glasgow Airport (14 nights) and have found 4 options but know nothing about any of them. Has anyone had any experience of these companies or has any alternative suggestions: -
NCP Flightpath £82.50
SwiftPark Abbotsinch Ltd £34.50
Parksafe Glasgow £29.49
Direct Parking Ltd £33.20
They are all apparently about a mile away from the airport and offer regular shuttle buses.
Thanks

Cheers Sheila at least I know I'm not going crazy.
I was beginning to think no one else drove to the airport (or not from Glasgow at least).
Looks like they also offer hotel and carparking facilities which I may consider as we arrive back at about 10:00pm and I have a 3 hour drive back home (although the flight from Iceland is just over two hours so not that bad)
Thanks

We have only used the NCP, once, last year, and the shuttle bus was indeed frequent - I would use them again. It was much cheaper booking online ahead.
I had looked into hotel & parking combos as our flight out was quite early, but none of the offers were very good for the number of nights we were away (3) so we just drove there that morning (unbelievably quick, setting off at 5 - we got there too early to check in !). I remember there seemed to be better offers for a week or 2 weeks.
I first saw one of these hotel/parking offers advertised in a local travel agent's window, went in & found out which hotel it was, then googled myself for Glasgow airport hotels to see what they all offered. There is only one hotel right at the airport i.e. a one minute stroll from check-in, from what I remember, but I'm afraid I can't remember which one it was - Express by Holiday Inn, maybe ? I think we saw the Travel Inn en route to & from the car park & it was too far to walk.
