There is something called SAS visit europe Air Pass that can take you direct from Oslo to Munich for 105USD, but there is a BUT:
1. you have to be a resident of a country outside Europe
2. travel to/from Scandinavia/Finland on an SAS international flight from a point outside Europe, also on United Airlines traveling from USA to Scandinavia/Finland
