So I will be going to Europe and Dubai and I don't want to bring my Dubai bag to Europe because i don't want to be carrying to many things.

Can I leave my bags at the Frankurt or Dubai airport for a few days?

I can't figure out what you are doing, but yes, there is luggage storage at Frankfurt. Why are you going back to Dubai?

Your stay in Dubai is only 3 days -- so how much 'extra' luggage could that possibly create? From your other threads the bulk of your trip is in Europe so Dubai shouldn't 'add' anything you'd need to store.

And a trip to Europe doesn't require so much luggage you'd need to store it.
