Can I purchase train tickets in Germany for travel in other countries?

Can I purchase train tickets in Germany for travel in other countries?
We'll be taking 3 train trips in June...Vienna to Budapest...Budapest to Prague...and Prague to Frankfurt. Prior to that, we'll be in Munich and driving along the Romantic Road for 4 days.
Someone from the gemut.com site has told me that we will easily be able to buy tickets for all these trips while we are in Germany, so that we'll have them in advance of our trips, and also get better pricing than going in advance through Rail Europe. Can anyone here confirm that this is possible?

www.euraide.de can get you your tickets here in the US for the same price as in Germany + 35 S&H on the whole order.
