Buying Vagifem in Spain?
Can I buy Vagifem or other estrogen-tablets over the counter in Spain?

I don't think you'll be able to buy that without a prescription in any developed country with pharmacy standards. It is prescription only in Spain.

I don't know where you live, but if in the US, check Goodrx. If elsewhere and you are allowed to do it, try a Canadian mailorder pharmacy.
