My mistake. The Alsa bus runs to Madrid and Bilbao. You have to take the Vibasa bus from Barcelona to Pamplona for a direct route.

Vibasa has 4-Barcelona Sants departures for Pamplona daily. The one at 15:15 lists 52 plazas; the one at 15:45 lists 28. That tells me the latter may be aomething like ALSA Supra service, although I can't confirm that.
