I thought it was on the 29th, but still time to send you some thoughts:

Smoked haddock and potato soup
* Haggis neeps and tatties
* Roast rib of Aberdeen Angus beef
* Roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables and sea kale
* Steamed Shetland salmon with Skye langoustines and tarragon butter
* Tipsey laird
* Bread and oat pudding with honey ice cream
* Selection of Scottish cheeses with oatcakes

Hope this comes through for you if you don't have your menu totally set.

Got to have the Typsy laird and cock-a-leekie soup. Don't forget to recite the fabulous Burns poem "Cock up your Beaver". The music is nice too if you have a piper or a whistle player. Oh yeah, it's not obscene.
