Centeno: some of my favorites on the North Fork are McCall, Old Field, Palmer, Bedell, and Macari. In my Burgundy trip report, I mention the three vineyards we visited with Burgundy Discovery. We had to buy an extra suitcase to bring back the 16 bottles of wine purchased during our trip!

Just read your report northfork280! Great! I will look into some of those restaurants you mentioned and try to book them in advance. I have a couple of days in Lyon as well. We are staying outside of Beaune and I thought I would do day trips to dijon, beaune and I'm not sure where else. We have I believe 3 nights there. I will look into the Burgundy Discovery as it would be nice to be taken to the wineries. BTW I love Palmer, Bedell, clovis point and I believe Lieb has the fire pits outdoors....love that!
