Budapest - tour options for single traveller?
In case you didn't read my previous post, Female, 30, visiting Budapest in early April of this year.
"GUIDED TOUR FOR A GIRL ON HER OWN" QUESTIONS
I would really enjoy having a guide or something to show me around, as I'm not innately interested in history/architecture/art but tend to "get into it" if someone really interested in it makes it come alive for me. And there seem to be a good number of private guide options for Budapest, but they all use the Venice Gondola pricing structure, where it's X dollars per tour, not per person, which is great if you have a group of 6 but not so good for a single who doesn't want to spend 100E for a half day tour....any suggestions of (small) group tours with excellent guides where a single tagalong would be welcome? I'm sure they have some sort of "overview" bus tour or something (and a recommendation for that would be fine too) but I'm more talking about the details that make a place come alive; could be themed by area, topic, whatever...I'm up for lots of things.
So far I have found the Budapest version of the Segway tour, which is intriguing, as well as the Absolute walking tours, so any experience with them would also be appreciated.
My last post got posted by accident before I got to type "Thanks for any help, I really appreciate it!" So....
Thanks in advance for any help, I really appreciate it!

Go for absolute walking tour, they offer nice and unusual walks. I know some of the guides, and most of them are really good.
Eurama has a hopp-on hopp- of city tour, which could be also good for you. You can find both in the internet.
