No so much a restaurant but one of the nicest places to have a glass of wine is at DiVino's Wine Bar just around the corner from St. Stephens. http://www.divinoborbar.hu/

You can sit inside or outside and if you sit outside there is a deposit for the glass. Not that they think you're gonna steal it. It's just that the glass, with an etched logo on it, are so popular as souvenirs that you pay the deposit and take away the glass.
