Budapest hotel help

I have a few options for Budapest hotels, and I was looking for some feedback. I've checked tripadvisor as well. I'd be there three nights.

1) Hotel Papillon - www.ohb.hu/papillon
43 Euros per night.

Seems to get pretty good reviews and is on castle hill. Pretty basic.

2) Agape Apartments: http://www.agapetours.hu/accomodatio...hp?ID_hotel=21

52 Euros.

Not crazy about staying in an apartment.

3) Bellevue B and B:

A Standard Plus double, with a panoramic view of the Parliament and the Danube , no balcony, at EUR 57.-/night/room

Located on the 3rd floor, on Eastern front

Gets great reviews. It does, however, seem a bit pricey in comparison to the 43 Euros from Papillon. But the view does seem nice.

4) Maria and Istvan - 22 Euros

Very cheap, a shared bathoom with one other room. Not sure about the location

Ferenc körút 39

http://www.mariaistvan.hu/

Seems a bit blah.

I would say I am leaning towards 1 or 3. Any other options I have not considered?

I suppose I could justify a splurge for Bellevue since I may stay in a fairly budget place in Berlin. It seems like I keep hearing about what a cheap place Budapest is, and I've had hotel rooms lower than 57 Euros pretty much everywhere else I have travelled.

I just realized that Bellevue quoted me for 2 people, so the new quote for 1 could be quite good! I may have answered my own question.

Hope you enjoy the Bellevue Joe. I've booked to stay there in May so will be interested to know what you think of it if you are travelling before we do.

We're booked at the Bellevue B&B for 8 nights at the end of March-April. Hope it's as good as it sounds from others! Our quote was 65 euros (for superior double).

They've been great as far as communication so far. Judit has answered questions very speedily (via e-mail.) and has already given us some general adivce and help with getting there from the airport.

We got a really nice rate on the Art Otel through Priceline. You might try that, if you're not happy with the basics.

Thanks. I'll be there in late April and will post feedback to tripadvisor.
