Bouillabaisse near Nice ?

I know the place to go for the best bouillabaisse is Marseille but...

We are living in Nice and my boyfriend's parents are coming to visit this weekend. We would like to take them out for a good bouillabaisse, anywhere between Cannes and the Italian border would be fine.

Neither my boyfriend nor I eat fish so we haven't any idea where to go. I'll assume the places on Cour Saleya aren't too good but may be I am wrong. Maybe in Villefranche ?

Thanks in advance for any help !

Sorry for the typo, should read "bouillabaisse".

I second La Mere Germaine at Villefranche-sur-Mer, the bouillabaisse there is simply divine and you will have the perfect view with it. Make sure you book ahead and ask for a table on the edge of the road/promenade.

Enjoy!

My hotel recommended Coco-Beach as the best place for a bouillabaisee in Nice.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was close on the days I was in town.
