Bohemia crystal-where is the best place to buy

We are in Prague and this is our last day there. We want to know is it better to buy Bohemia crystal here in Prague or would the price be better in Germany?

Bill, you can probably get Bohemian Crystal cheaper anywhere but Prague.but have a look at some of the main shops in the tourist area ,but Kotva department store just beside namesti Republiky has a decent range and tens to be a bit cheaper than the tourist shops. Also have a look in the MY shop at Narodni Trida, not been in the main shop for a while but they had some good stuff in there, there is a great Tesco in the Basement there.Lot of work going on there rebuilding the metro stop and the new shops there won't be open till later this year.

The Bohemia crystal is EVERYWHERE in Prague. You can't avoid it. If you like it, indulge, but you could also consider trying one of these alternatives to Bohemia: Moser (gorgeous store and gorgeous products), Artel (http://www.artelglass.com/) and BluePraha, for contemporary style (we have a set of their martini glasses). You can look through their product selection here:
