BLITZ RETURNS TO LONDON
Noticed this party tonight in east London and thought people might like to know about it.
There was an interesting eatery come watering hole off Kingsway many moons ago called the Blitz and every hour there wold be an air raid warning. Sadly closed now.

Sorry, but talk about missing the point!
The Blitz was where the new romantic movement started out. It had nothing to do with the war. It's where peopole like culture club, and steve strange started out:

CW - went to the Blitz a few times. Didn't fit in.

CW....thanks for the info. I went to the Blitz a couple of times in the lunch hour for office farewell drinks and really was not aware of its evening activities. Seemed OK in the lunch time.
