I have two quotes. Both include ALL insurances, no extras like GPS etc. Gas policy the same. The one is 775 Euros and the other one 475 Euros. Perhaps I should just book ..... Which one? A lot of money for us.

Are you outside the 25-70 age range... Car hire day rates are pretty much the same across the board (;perfect competition and all),,--,, Insurance is the big kick but without seeing the quote details having one €300 less than another strikes me as missing something??

I know, that is what is worrying me. Both says ALL insurances. That is what you (and others on the forum)suggest if I understand correct. We are not outside 25 - 70 age range. I have sent a few emails to make sure. If I can save 300E for the same thing, why not? All we need is a small car. I see earlier in this conversation your options are Dan Dooley and Budget. So going with one of them seems to be fine.
