We stayed here last spring in Cochem. Around 50 euros at that time. It is a pension and a short walk up hill from the center of town. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast included, of course.

We stayed at the Hotel Alte Thorschenke just near the old bridge in Cochem. The room was furnished basically but was extremely comfortable, and spotlessly clean - especially the bathroom. From memory I think the room cost 85 Euro including a quite substantial self-serve breakfast. I would recommend it - the staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. All spoke English.

Haven't stayed there yet, but we're booked into the Hotel Binz in September.

In June, we will stay 3 nights at the Hotel Lohspeicher in Cochem. It looks great on their website and apparently their restaurant is very good.
