You're probably right, they must come out only late at night. I used to go there before dinner so I never saw any of them. Last year when we saw them it was late after a long dinner around 11 pm. I know what you mean by "quite memorable", we were all surprised as to how young(19 or 20?)and stunningly beautiful they were to be working on the street.
