Does anyone have any accommodation recommendations for this year's Berlin Marathon? Sept. 14 - 17, convenient to the Brandenburg Gate? Vacation rental, hotel, B&B ... any suggestions would be appreciated.

Price range from $150 to $300 per night. Looking for somewhere to relax, and get ready for/over the race.

Even if you don't book through the site, it is very helpful in ascertaining suitability of hotels. There are dozens of photos of the rooms and amenities, you can see where each hotel is situated on a map, and there are reviews from recent customers (only verified reviews from people who've booked through the site are allowed). You can set a price limit or sort by star rating etc.

Thanks, RM67. I filtered by "close to Brandenburg Gate" and came up with several hotels on Booking.com; and, vrbo.com, both of which offer a good selection. I've sometimes used "slowtravel.com, which is great for Italy, but not so much, Germant. Sometimes, if you know a city, you have other, more unique, ideas.
