I am VERY confused as you have over 8 different threads with you and your family going to various beach vacations in Europe,Caribbean, etc.
Where are you going? I suggest that you consolidate your threads for easier viewing and help.

Just some basic sanity check (as someone based in Europe who travels with 2 young children myself)...
1. When in summer? As you know, mid-July to August would be the peak season with school holidays, so expect most decent beaches to be crowded.
2. Villas usually have more than 3 bedrooms (eg accomodates 8 or more peoples). Mallorca villas we rented (with another family) was about £1500 (€2000) per week during the peak summer season. If the villa has a pool, you'll need to inquire if there would be a fence around.
3. Is the beach for swimming, or playing with the sands, or just laying around the beach? As other poster mentioned, Algrave is too choppy for children to swim, though the beach is nice. Also you'll need to find out if the beach is sandy vs pebbly.
As for child-friendly beaches, I can think of Mallorca, Corsica/Sardinia, Channel Islands. Northern France is good though the weather can be unreliable. Southern France is good--though you'll be jostling with French families. Greece is nice though I won't go there with young ones during the summer--too hot/sun is too intense to let them play outside.
