I know you can use a Bayern ticket to travel on regional and local trains from Munich to Salzburg because I have actually done it.
I am not positive, but I don't think the Bayern Ticket is good on buses in Salzburg.
If you ride from Salzburg to a destination in Germany, you buy your ticket from a DB ticket window in the Salzburg station.

I think the Bayern ticket is actually good for buses. We went to Fussen from Munich, and to Salzburg from Munich, using the Bayern. In Fussen, we took the bus and they accepted the Bayern. Could it be different in Salzburg, outside of the German border?

The Bayern-Ticket is NOT valid on buses in Salzburg. It is an all day pass for regional trains and for many, but not all, buses in Bavaria. It is also valid for rail travel into Salzburg, but only because the Salzburg station is considered a "border" station. It is just over the German-Austrian border and DB runs the trains on the line from Freilassing to Salzburg.

A 24hr pass for the bus in Salzburg costs €3.40, a single fare is €1.60
These tickets cover the city of Salzburg. For trips beyond the city limits, you need more expensive tickets.
You can get the tickets in Salzburg at the customer service center of the Salzburg transit authority (SVV) at the station, or at many vending machines there.

the only Austrian transport the pass i've heard but not sure covers is on trains from Reutte to Garmisch-Partenkirchen because this is considered part of the German rail system for this purpose as it starts and ends in Germany
not sure but it came up once before and i believe it's covered. Good for folks going Fussen - Reutte- Garmisch - Innsbruck as would the fare until Mittenwald perhaps

It is not connected to the Austrian rail network. But both ends of the Ausserfernbahn connect to the German network and DB is the operator there, not the OeBB.

"Can I use a bayren ticket for Frankfurt to Stuttgart and then a another one for Stuttagrt to Munich the next day . I plan to travelling to Stuttgart on 3/15 and then to Munich on 3/16"
The Bayern-Ticket refers to the state of Bavaria (Bayern in Germany) and is only good within the state borders and to few cities on the state's edge. Neither Frankfurt nor Stuttgart are within Bavaria. You can not use a Bayern-Ticket
You are traveling on the weekend each of the days so you should look at the Happy Weekend Ticket:

The Weekend Ticket is not restricted to a specific state, but good for all of Germany. My understanding is that you still have to use local transportation which have more stops but often still not too bad.

Set "Means of transportation" to "only local transport".
As far as I know there is no reason to buy this ticket on line before your day of travel.

You may need all weekend however with the Weekend Ticket to cover long distances as it's not valid i believe at least on the crack express trains like the high-speed ICE trains. You may have to chance once or twice or more as well. But it's dirt cheap
