I like the other idea, early from London to Bath, dump her bag off at the B&B even if she can't actually check in, on to Salisbury & Stonehenge and back in the evening to Bath for 2 nights.

However she does it --- it is VERY possible to do all three w/ just two nights. Which is what I said in the first place . . .

Absolutely no reason to skip anything.

BTW if you do decide to do two nights in Bath, MadMax does probably the best day tour that includes Stonehenge.

It is, indeed, what several people said. I generally like to move somewhat slower (2-3 mph?) but I've come around.

No offense. Thank you,guys! I have already booked the hotel in Bath, train tickets are on the way. It is better to book them before,right? Everything is set .Cannot wait to go...

Janis, that was exactly what I suggested originally, but I still say that it gives far too little time to Salisbury.
